Receive Alerts
AI alerts transform security with real-time monitoring and intelligent threat detection, reducing the need for continuous human oversight. They enhance response efficiency by instantly notifying users of potential risks such as unauthorized access, loitering, or tampering. With customizable settings based on time, location, and event type, AI alerts provide a tailored security approach that improves accuracy and operational control. This proactive system strengthens overall safety and ensures smarter surveillance management. Follow the steps below to configure AI alerts.
Enabling and Viewing AI Alerts
To enable AI Alerts for the first time, refer to Section 5.3.2.
Accessing AI Alerts:
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select your group.
- Click the AI Alerts icon in the left panel.
- AI alerts will be displayed on the right panel based on your configured settings.
Filtering and Viewing AI Alerts:
- To view alerts by category, click the Search option in the top-right corner of the AI Alerts page.
- Use the Alert Search Filter to filter alerts by Agent, DVR, and Camera.
- If VMS is open at the time an AI alert is triggered, the alert will appear in the Alerts box for immediate visibility.
