Loitering Alert
If a person or multiple people stand or loiter in front of the camera for a specified period, the Smart Surveillance agent will detect it and send a ‘Loitering Alert’ notification to the mobile device. Alerts can also be received in the VMS.
How to Configure Loitering Alert:
- Go to Application Settings.
- Enable Notifications.
- Open Configuration under Enable Notification.
- Enable AI Notifications.
- Go back to Application Settings.
- Enable Local Backup.
- Enable Edge AI.
- Go to Device Management and select the Camera.
- Expand Video Settings.
- Select the Recording Type to AI.
- Expand Basic Profile.
- Enable Profile 1.
- Select Loitering Alert.
- Expand Loitering Alert and set the Duration and Report Interval.
