Person Alert
If a person walks or is present in front of the camera, the Smart Surveillance agent will detect them and send an alert to the mobile device as a ‘Person Alert’ notification. Alerts can also be received in the VMS.
How to Configure Person Alert:
- Go to Application Settings.
- Enable Notifications.
- Open Configuration under Enable Notification.
- Enable AI Notifications.
- Go back to Application Settings.
- Enable Local Backup.
- Enable Edge AI.
- Go to Device Management and select the Camera.
- Expand Video Settings.
- Select the Recording Type to AI.
- Expand Basic Profile.
- Enable Profile 1.
- Select Person Alert.
- Expand Person Alert and set the Report Interval.
