Unmanned Alert
If a person is not present in front of the camera for a specified period, the Smart Surveillance agent will send an alert to the mobile device as an ‘Unmanned Alert’ notification. Alerts can also be received in the VMS.
How to Configure Unmanned Alert:
- Go to Application Settings.
- Enable Notifications.
- Open Configuration under Enable Notification.
- Enable AI Notifications.
- Go back to Application Settings.
- Enable Local Backup.
- Enable Edge AI.
- Go to Device Management and select the Camera.
- Expand Video Settings.
- Select the Recording Type to AI.
- Expand Basic Profile.
- Enable Profile 1.
- Select Unmanned Alert.
- Expand Unmanned Alert and set the Duration and Report Interval.
