Accessibility Check Interval

The Accessibility Check Interval determines how often, in minutes, the system verifies device accessibility to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. It continuously monitors DVR accessibility and IP availability, enabling real-time issue detection. Setting an optimal interval enhances system reliability by quickly identifying and resolving connectivity issues.

Steps to Configure the Accessibility Check Interval:

  1. Open the DAC app on your desktop.
  2. Log in using your username and password from the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
  3. Click the last settings icon on the left panel.
  4. On the General Configuration page, find the Accessibility Check Interval option on the right.
  5. Choose the desired interval from the available options (0.5, 1, 1.5, up to 24 hours).
  6. In the Start Time option, specify when the interval should begin.
  7. Click the Save button to apply your settings.
