Group Configuration

For seamless accessibility compliance, the DAC (Device Accessibility Checker) software must be installed on the RCR (Remote Control Room) PC. This software automatically generates and sends daily visibility reports, ensuring consistent DVR IP accessibility. By proactively identifying potential issues, it enables quick troubleshooting and resolution. With real-time monitoring, the system ensures reliable, uninterrupted DVR access, enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining compliance with accessibility standards.

Group Configuration Steps:

  1. Open the DAC app on your desktop.
  2. Log in using your username and password from the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
  3. Click on the last settings icon on the left panel.
  4. In the Group option on the right, select the required group.
  5. Click the Save button on the right to confirm your selection.
  6. Your group is now successfully configured in the DAC app.
  7. To check your group’s status (Login User, Group Name, Total Devices, Total Run, Accessibility Percentage), click on the DAC Home buttons in the left panel.
  8. You can also monitor the DAC status through the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
