Local Reports
Configuring local reports in the DAC application ensures the automatic generation and storage of daily visibility reports on the local PC, maintaining continuous DVR IP accessibility.
How to Set Up Local Reports in the DAC Application
- Open the DAC application on your desktop.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Under General Configuration, set the following:
- Accessibility Check Interval
- Start Time
- Reporting Interval
- Enable Save Reports Locally.
- Click Save Location and select the folder where reports should be stored.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- To view and verify reports, click Open Reports.
- Set the Local Report Retention period (from 15 days to 1 year).
- Click Save to confirm the settings.
