Notifications

Users can enable notifications in their mobile apps to ensure they don’t miss any device health status updates. To enable mobile notifications, follow these two steps:

Step 1: Enable Notifications in the Agent Software

  1. Open the Agent Software and go to Agent Settings.
  2. In Agent Settings, enable Notifications and click Open Configuration.
  3. Select and enable the required types of notifications that the agent should send.

Step 2: Configure Notifications in the Health Monitoring Mobile App

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Mobile App.
  2. Navigate to the Account section in the menu.
  3. On the Privacy Settings page, select Notification Settings.
  4. Expand Health Monitoring, enable the group, and select the types of notifications to receive.
  5. Notifications are user specific. Each user can choose to receive notifications for Agent, DVR, or Camera, or enable all notifications.
