Password reset
Users may need to change their password periodically. To change the login password for the Health Monitoring web portal, mobile app, or VMS, users should follow these steps:
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
- Navigate to the Account section in the menu.
- On the Privacy Settings page, select Password to update your login password.
- Enter your current password and new password, then click Update Password to save the changes.
