Password reset

Users may need to change their password periodically. To change the login password for the Health Monitoring web portal, mobile app, or VMS, users should follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Account section in the menu.
  3. On the Privacy Settings page, select Password to update your login password.
  4. Enter your current password and new password, then click Update Password to save the changes.
