Username

Every user in Smart Surveillance is assigned a username along with their registered email ID. Users can update their username if there is a mistake in the name or if any changes are required.

To Change Username:

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Account section in the menu and click on Privacy Settings.
  3. In Privacy Settings, select User Details to view the username and phone number.
  4. To make changes, click on the Name section where the current username is displayed, edit it, and click Save.
  5. The username will now be updated successfully
