Username
Every user in Smart Surveillance is assigned a username along with their registered email ID. Users can update their username if there is a mistake in the name or if any changes are required.
To Change Username:
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
- Navigate to the Account section in the menu and click on Privacy Settings.
- In Privacy Settings, select User Details to view the username and phone number.
- To make changes, click on the Name section where the current username is displayed, edit it, and click Save.
- The username will now be updated successfully
