Adding Alarm Panel
Alarm panels can also be added to the Agent software to monitor key parameters such as panel health, sensor activity, connection status, battery levels, sensor state changes, and notifications. Real-time statuses are available through both the web portal and the mobile app.
To add an alarm panel:

Open the Agent software.

Navigate to Alarm Management and click Add More Devices.

In the device type selection, choose Alarm Panel.

Select the device make (brand of the panel).

Under Connection Info, enter the panel’s IP address, username, and password.

In the Info section, enter a Logical Name — a name to identify the panel.

Click Add to complete the process.
