History

The History feature lets you track when the Agent, DVR/NVR, HDD, and Cameras went offline, when password errors occurred, and when internet issues arose—along with other events—all with precise date and time details. Follow these steps to access History in the portal:

  1. Log in to SmartSurv and select your group.
  2. Click the Health icon in the left panel.
  3. On the right, explore views like Agent, DVR/NVR, HDD, and Camera Status.
  4. Select any option for example, Agent. On the page that opens, click the History icon to the right of the agent’s name to view its history with date and time.
  5. Scroll down to see the complete history.
