Camera Report & Camera Issues

This section enables you to export detailed reports related to camera performance and issues. You can generate a full camera report for analysis or export a filtered list highlighting only the cameras with identified issues.

Camera Report

You can export a complete list of all cameras added to the DVR, including details such as camera name, recording days, current status, and more, in Excel format for easy review and analysis.

Follow the steps below to generate and download the report.

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select the appropriate group.
  2. Click the Health icon in the left navigation panel.
  3. On the Health Status page, click the DVR/NVR icon on the right.
  4. Click the Export icon in the top-right corner.
  5. In the Report Generation dialog, select Camera Report, then click Export to download.

Camera Issues

You can export and review only the cameras with errors. The data is available in Excel format, making it easy to filter and analyze specific issues.

Follow the steps below to generate and download the error report.

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select the appropriate group.
  2. Click the Health icon in the left navigation panel.
  3. On the Health Status page, click the DVR/NVR icon on the right.
  4. Click the Export icon in the top-right corner.
  5. In the Report Generation dialog, select Camera Issues, then click Export to download.
