DVR/NVR Report, DVR/NVR Issues, DVR/NVR Time Issues
This section allows you to view detailed reports specifically related to DVR/NVR issues. You can filter devices with active faults, including time synchronization discrepancies. Reports highlighting time-related issues can be exported separately for in-depth analysis and validation.
DVR/NVR Report
You can export a complete list of all DVRs/NVRs added to the agents including details such as DVR name, IP address, current status, and more in Excel format for easy review and analysis.
Follow the steps below to generate and download the export.
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select the appropriate group.
- Click the Health icon in the left navigation panel.
- On the Health Status page, click the DVR/NVR icon on the right.
- Click the Export icon in the top-right corner.
- In the Report Generation dialog, select DVR/NVR Report and click Export to download the report.
DVR/NVR Issues
You can export and review only the DVR/NVRs with issues (such as Offline - Not Reachable, Invalid Username/Password, etc.). The data is available in Excel format, making it easier to filter and analyze specific problems.
Follow the steps below to generate and download the issue report.
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select the appropriate group.
- Click the Health icon in the left navigation panel.
- On the Health Status page, click the DVR/NVR icon on the right.
- Click the Export icon in the top-right corner.
- In the Report Generation dialog, select DVR/NVR Issues and click Export to download the report.
DVR/NVR Time Issues
You can export only the DVR/NVRs with time synchronization issues to an Excel file for focused review. This allows you to quickly identify devices where the system time is incorrect or not aligned with the server.
Refer to the steps below to generate and download the time issues report.
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select the appropriate group.
- Click the Health icon in the left navigation panel.
- On the Health Status page, click the DVR/NVR icon on the right.
- Click the Export icon in the top-right corner.
- In the Report Generation dialog, select DVR/NVR Time Issues and click Export to download the report.
