DVR/NVR Toggle Report

The DVR/NVR Toggle Report is designed to help users monitor and investigate the network stability of their DVRs or NVRs. By providing historical connectivity statuses, this report aids in identifying patterns of network toggling, such as frequent disconnections or unstable network behaviour.

This report helps to:

  • Track Network Stability: View historical network status of DVRs/NVRs to detect irregularities or outages.
  • Identify Issues: Pinpoint periods where devices frequently went offline or experienced router ping failures.
  • Facilitate Troubleshooting: Provide insights that assist IT and support teams in diagnosing connectivity issues.

How to Generate the DVR/NVR Toggle Report

  1. Navigate to Health Status Page in web portal.
  2. Click on the Export button located at the top-right corner of the page.
  3. From the export options, select DVR/NVR Toggle Report.
  4. Choose the desired time range for the report. Last 3 months’ status history is available, but the report supports a maximum of 30 days per export.
  5. Click OK to generate and download the report.

Note

  • Fewer than 5000 entries: The report will be available for direct download as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
  • More than 5000 entries: The report will be automatically emailed to the logged-in user’s registered email address.
