Hard disk Report

The Hard Disk Report provides a complete list of all hard disks along with their current status. It includes DVR details, disk number, size of each hard disk, duration of the current status, status start time, and the last update time.

How To Export Hard disk Report

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Portal.
  2. Select the appropriate Group.
  3. Navigate to the Health page.
  4. Open the DVR / NVR.
  5. Go to the Export section.
  6. Select Hard Disk Report.
  7. Click Export to download the report.

Hard disk Issues

The Hard Disk Issues Report includes only the list of faulty hard disks along with their current status. It also provides DVR details, disk number, size of each hard disk, status duration, status start time, and last update time.

How To Export Hard disk Issues

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Portal.
  2. Select the appropriate Group.
  3. Navigate to the Health page.
  4. Open the DVR / NVR.
  5. Go to the Export section.
  6. Select Hard Disk Issues.
  7. Click Export to download the report.
