Changing NVR/DVR Password
If there are any changes made to the DVR/NVR password, they can be updated through the Smart Surveillance Portal or Agent.
Changing NVR/DVR Password from Portal
You must be an admin user to change the NVR/DVR password from the Smart Surveillance Portal.

Log in to the Smart Surveillance Portal.

Select the appropriate group.

Navigate to the Configuration section.

Select the NVR/DVR option.

Locate the desired NVR/DVR and expand its settings.

Find the Password field.

Clear the old password and enter the new password.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Changing NVR/DVR Password from Agent

Open the Smart Surveillance Agent.

Go to Device Management.

Select the NVR/DVR.

Click on Configuration.

Find the Password field.

Clear the old password.

Enter the new password.
