DVR Configuration Report
In the Configuration Report, the details of added DVR/NVR devices can be downloaded as an Excel sheet. The report includes the following details:
- Device Make
- Serial Number
- Firmware Version
- IP Address
- Ports through which it is added
- Credentials
Downloading the Configuration Report
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Dashboard at smartsurv.conceptbytes.com.
- Click on Configuration from the left-side menu. A list of available configurations, including Agent, DVR/NVR, Hard Disk, and Camera, will be displayed along with the count of devices added.
- Click on DVR/NVR to view the list of added devices. Click on the Export icon at the top-right corner.
- A prompt will appear asking whether to export the configuration with credentials. If selected, the report will include the credentials of added devices in Smart Surveillance.
- After confirmation, the Excel sheet will be downloaded.
