Move DVRs from Old Agent to New Agent
If the system where the agent is installed is formatted, crashes, or if the agent needs to be installed to a new system, there is no need to re-add all the DVRs/NVRs. Devices can be moved from one agent to another.
Please contact the ConceptBytes support team for assistance. This process is handled from the backend. Ensure that the old agent is offline before initiating the DVR/NVR transfer.
