Agent Mapping

We can use the Agent Mapping feature to remove an agent from the portal when a branch is merged with another or when the branch has been closed or decommissioned. This helps maintain an accurate and clutter-free portal by ensuring only active agents are listed.

Steps to Remove an Agent

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select the appropriate group.

  2. In the left navigation panel, expand the ADMIN section and click on Group Administration.

  3. On the right side, select the Agent Management icon.

  4. On the Agent Management page, search for the agent you want to remove.

  5. Click EDIT MAPPING next to the agent.

  6. In the popup window, locate the agent you wish to remove, uncheck the selection box, and click SELECT.

Once this is done, the agent will be removed from the portal mapping. This step is crucial for keeping your portal data up to date and aligned with organizational changes.
