Email reports

Admin users can enable Consolidated Email Reports for selected group members to receive scheduled emails containing a list of devices in an error state along with their downtime duration.

Steps to Enable Email Reports:

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Group Administration page under the Admin section.
  3. Go to the Email Reports page.
  4. Click Add at the top right of the page.
  5. Choose the email frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  6. Enter the Report Name (email subject) and specify the delivery time. If selecting a weekly or monthly report, specify the day as well.
  7. Select the group members who should receive the reports.
  8. Enable the required reports.
  9. Reports are email-specific, meaning admins can create multiple email reports for different members to be received at different times.
  10. Admins can generate reports based on count-only, error devices only, or full device reports, with optional attachments.
  11. To consolidate all device reports (Agents, DVRs, Cameras, HDDs) into a single Excel file with separate sheets, select “All Reports in a Single Excel”.
