Email reports
Admin users can enable Consolidated Email Reports for selected group members to receive scheduled emails containing a list of devices in an error state along with their downtime duration.
Steps to Enable Email Reports:
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal.
- Navigate to the Group Administration page under the Admin section.
- Go to the Email Reports page.
- Click Add at the top right of the page.
- Choose the email frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- Enter the Report Name (email subject) and specify the delivery time. If selecting a weekly or monthly report, specify the day as well.
- Select the group members who should receive the reports.
- Enable the required reports.
- Reports are email-specific, meaning admins can create multiple email reports for different members to be received at different times.
- Admins can generate reports based on count-only, error devices only, or full device reports, with optional attachments.
- To consolidate all device reports (Agents, DVRs, Cameras, HDDs) into a single Excel file with separate sheets, select “All Reports in a Single Excel”.
