Existing Group Members and Permissions
This helps you identify current group members, review their permissions, and update them as needed. Ensuring the right individuals have appropriate access enhances security and keeps the system organized. Regular permission reviews help prevent unauthorized access and maintain compliance. You can also modify or revoke permissions based on changing requirements.
Follow these steps to manage existing group members and their permissions in the portal:
- Log in to Smart Surveillance health portal and select your group.
- Click the ADMIN icon in the left panel.
- Select Group Administration, then click the Group Members icon on the right.
- Under Members Management, view the list of current group members.
- Click the permissions icon next to a group member to open their user permissions page.
- Enable or disable permissions for features like Device Health, VMS, and Region Restriction as needed.
