Inviting New Users

Follow these steps to add a new member to your group using their email address:

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select your group.
  2. Click the ADMIN icon in the left panel.
  3. Go to Group Administration and click the Invite User icon.
  4. In the pop-up box, enter the user’s email ID and search.
  5. Set the required permissions and click Invite.
  6. An invite code will be generated and sent to your email.
  7. The invited user must:
    • Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and sign up.
    • Enter the invite code on the Signup page.
    • Provide their email ID and create a new password.
    • Enter their full name and (optionally) mobile number.
    • Click CREATE and accept the Privacy Policy to complete registration.
