Region Wise Login

Region-Wise Login is a feature that restricts or allows user access to a system based on their geographic location. This is typically implemented for security, compliance, or performance optimization purposes.

How to Enable Region-Wise Login in the Smart Surveillance Health Portal:

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select your group.

  2. Click the ADMIN icon on the left panel.

  3. Navigate to Group Administration, then click the Group Members icon on the right.

  4. In the Members Management section, view the list of current group members.

  5. Locate the User Permissions option next to each member’s name.

  6. Click User Permissions. On the page that opens, find the Region Restriction option and enable it.

  7. A confirmation prompt will appear — select Yes to confirm enabling Region Restriction.

  8. Once enabled, a Region option will become visible. Click to expand it.

  9. In the Region Selection box, choose the desired regions and click OK to save your settings.

When Adding a New User:

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select your group.

  2. Click the ADMIN icon on the left panel.

  3. Navigate to Group Administration, then click the Invite User icon on the right.

  4. Enter the new user’s email ID in the box that appears and click the Search button.

  5. Enable the necessary User Permissions.

  6. Enable the Region Restriction option.

  7. Select the required regions in the Region Selection box and click OK to save the settings.
