User Password Reset By Admin

Admin users have the ability to reset the passwords of normal (non-admin) users within their group. This feature is useful for account recovery or managing user access.

Steps to Reset a User’s Password

  1. Log in as an admin user.
  2. Go to the Group Administration section.
  3. Open the Group Members page.
  4. Locate the user whose password needs to be reset.
  5. Under each user’s email ID, you will see the last password changed date and a Reset Password option. Click on Reset.
  6. Enter the new password and confirm it in the respective fields.
  7. (Optional) Check the box for “Email notification to user” to notify the user that their password has been changed.
    *Note: The new password will not be sent in the email. The user must collect the new password directly from the admin.
  8. Click on the Reset button to apply the new password.
