Device Logs Enabling
The Device Logs feature can be enabled from both the agent and the portal.
How to Enable Device Logs from Smart Surveillance Agent
- Open the Smart Surveillance Agent.
- Go to Agent Settings.
- Find and enable Device Log.
How to Enable Device Logs from Smart Surveillance Portal
Only users with the Admin Role can enable Device Logs from the Smart Surveillance Portal.
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Portal.
- Find Configuration in the menu.
- Open Agent.
- Locate the Agent name and expand the details.
- Find and select DVR/NVR Log.
- Enable the DVR/NVR Log feature.
