Device Logs Enabling

The Device Logs feature can be enabled from both the agent and the portal.

How to Enable Device Logs from Smart Surveillance Agent

  1. Open the Smart Surveillance Agent.
  2. Go to Agent Settings.
  3. Find and enable Device Log.

How to Enable Device Logs from Smart Surveillance Portal

Only users with the Admin Role can enable Device Logs from the Smart Surveillance Portal.

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Portal.
  2. Find Configuration in the menu.
  3. Open Agent.
  4. Locate the Agent name and expand the details.
  5. Find and select DVR/NVR Log.
  6. Enable the DVR/NVR Log feature.
