Add Ticket Owners to Group, Enable or Disable Ticket Owners

Before a ticket can be raised, the admin user must add the concerned person (e.g., a CCTV technician) to the group. Please refer to the relevant section for adding group members.

Once the technician is added to the group, the name should be given to the member.

Ticket Member Configuration

  • The admin user should navigate to Group Administration under the Admin section in the menu.
  • Go to Ticketing Configuration and select the group member.
  • Assign a Group Name (e.g., “CCTV Technician”) for easy identification.

Enabling or Disabling a Ticket Owner

  • The admin user can go to the Ticketing Configuration page.
  • Click Reload at the top to display the current ticket members.
  • The admin user can enable or disable members to show or hide them when tickets are raised.
  • The assignee name of a member can also be changed by clicking the Edit button.
