Ticket History

Ticket history provides a complete timeline of all activities and updates related to a specific ticket in the ticketing system. It serves as a detailed log, allowing users to track the progress of a ticket from creation to resolution. Ticket history ensures transparency by tracking all ticket-related actions, helping users monitor progress and maintain accountability.

Steps to Access Ticket History in the Portal:

  1. Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health portal and select your group.
  2. Click on the Tickets icon in the left panel.
  3. On the Tickets page, you will see a list of tickets you have submitted.
  4. To find specific tickets, click on the Search option at the top right of the page.
    • In the search box, select a filter from All, Open, In Review, or Closed to refine your results.
  5. To filter tickets by date:
    • Enter the Start Date and End Date in the provided fields.
    • Click on Zombie Tickets and choose from Exclude, Include, or Only options, then click OK to display results.
  6. To view ticket history:
    • Click on the View option next to a ticket.
    • The Ticket History section provides a detailed log, including status updates, activity timestamps, and whether the ticket is open or closed.
