Ticket Statistics
Ticket statistics provide insights into ticket data by analysing trends, measuring performance, and improving customer support efficiency. These reports help track key metrics such as ticket volume, resolution times, and device-specific issues. This feature enables efficient ticket tracking, helping users analyse and manage support requests effectively.
Steps to Access Ticket Statistics in the Portal
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health portal and select your group.
- Click on the Tickets icon in the left panel.
- On the Tickets page, click the STAT option in the top right corner to open the Ticket Statistics page.
- To filter by device type:
- Click on the Device Type option.
- Select the required type from Agent, DVR, HDD, or Camera and click Search to display relevant tickets.
- On the right side of the ticket list, you can choose from the following options:
- Device History – View the history of the selected device.
- View Previous Tickets – Access past tickets related to the device.
- New Ticket – Create a new ticket for the selected device.
- To export ticket statistics, click the Export button in the top right corner of the Ticket Statistics page.
