Set different type of profile, set time for record
By configuring a profile in the agent, we define the parameters for automatic recording when motion is detected at a specific location after a set period. This enables the activation of various profile types within the agent application, allowing customization based on security levels or operational needs. Additionally, these profiles can be set to trigger alerts or notifications, ensuring swift responses to any detected movement.
Follow the steps below to configure different profile types and set the recording duration.
- Configure Recording Settings
- Set the recording type and video quality for local backup as described in Section 3.2.3.
- Access the Agent Application
- Open the Agent Application from your desktop.
- Navigate to Device Management on the right panel.
- Expand All Devices, then expand DVR, and select the desired camera.
- Configure Profiles
- Expand Basic Profile on the right panel.
- Enable Profile 1, then set the start time and end time.
- Expand Profile 1, check Video Configuration, and adjust the motion level as needed.
- Enable Profile 2, then set the start time and end time.
- Expand Profile 2, check Video Configuration, and adjust the motion level as required.
- To configure a profile specifically for Sundays, enable the Sunday Profile option and follow the same steps as above.
- Changes are applied automatically upon selection.
- Monitor AI Alerts
- Log in to the Smart Surveillance Health Portal and select your group.
- Click the AI Alerts icon in the left panel.
- AI Alerts will appear on the right side based on the configured settings.
- To view alerts, click Search in the top-right corner of AI Alerts and select Agent, DVR, or Camera.
