Playback and Download Videos Stored in Cloud from Agent

  1. Open Agent.
  2. Go to Agent Settings.
  3. Find Open Video.
  4. Find Cloud Video and expand it.
  5. Select the DVR and expand it.
  6. Select the Camera and expand it.
  7. Find the Date and expand it.
  8. Double-click on the Video File under the selected date to play the cloud video playback.
  9. After opening the cloud video playback, select the Start Time and End Time for downloading the video.
  10. Click Download.

Playback and Download Videos Stored in Cloud from VMS

  1. Open VMS.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Feature Selection under Settings.
  4. Find View Cloud Video and enable it.
  5. Find the Devices Panel.
  6. Select any DVR and right-click.
  7. Select Open Cloud Video.
  8. Find Cloud Video and expand it.
  9. Select the DVR and expand it.
  10. Select the Camera and expand it.
  11. Find the Date and expand it.
  12. Double-click on the Video File under the selected date to play the cloud video playback.
  13. After opening the cloud video playback, select the Start Time and End Time for downloading the video.
  14. Click Download.

Playback and Download Videos Stored in Cloud from Portal

  1. Log in to the Portal.
  2. Select Group.
  3. Find Cloud Video under Video in the menu.
  4. Select Agent.
  5. Select DVR.
  6. Select the Camera to play the cloud video playback.
  7. Find the Download button near the Player Full-Screen button.
  8. Set the Video Start Time and Duration (in seconds).
  9. Click OK to download the cloud video playback.
