Playback and Download Videos Stored in Cloud from Agent
- Open Agent.
- Go to Agent Settings.
- Find Open Video.
- Find Cloud Video and expand it.
- Select the DVR and expand it.
- Select the Camera and expand it.
- Find the Date and expand it.
- Double-click on the Video File under the selected date to play the cloud video playback.
- After opening the cloud video playback, select the Start Time and End Time for downloading the video.
- Click Download.
Playback and Download Videos Stored in Cloud from VMS
- Open VMS.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Feature Selection under Settings.
- Find View Cloud Video and enable it.
- Find the Devices Panel.
- Select any DVR and right-click.
- Select Open Cloud Video.
- Find Cloud Video and expand it.
- Select the DVR and expand it.
- Select the Camera and expand it.
- Find the Date and expand it.
- Double-click on the Video File under the selected date to play the cloud video playback.
- After opening the cloud video playback, select the Start Time and End Time for downloading the video.
- Click Download.
Playback and Download Videos Stored in Cloud from Portal
- Log in to the Portal.
- Select Group.
- Find Cloud Video under Video in the menu.
- Select Agent.
- Select DVR.
- Select the Camera to play the cloud video playback.
- Find the Download button near the Player Full-Screen button.
- Set the Video Start Time and Duration (in seconds).
- Click OK to download the cloud video playback.
