Database for Reports
Databases are used to store and save various types of reports locally. SQL databases are used for VMS.
How to Configure SQL Database
- Download and install the latest SQL Server Express.
- Open VMS.
- Go to Settings.
- Select General.
- Navigate to Database Settings and expand it.
- Select Database Settings again.
- Click on Create Database.
- Choose Create Database.
- Ensure the database name is auto-filled as “vmsdbv2”.
- Select Connection Test, then click Activate.
