HMS and Ticketing

The platform provides the ability to monitor the health status of devices and raise support tickets via the VMS.

Enabling HMS and Ticketing

  1. Navigate to Feature Selection and enable both HMS and Ticketing.

  2. Once enabled, an HMS menu will appear in the top menu bar. Click it to open the HMS and Ticketing page.

  • Alternatively, right-click on a DVR/NVR device and select HMS and Ticketing from the context menu.

Monitoring Device Health

  • Select the devices (DVRs, cameras, or HDDs).

  • The right pane will display the current health information of the selected devices, which is retrieved by the Agent software.

Managing Tickets

  1. To raise a new ticket:
  • Click Raise Ticket under the Ticket Details section.

  • Choose the Assignee, Issue Type, and enter any relevant Remarks.

  • Click the Raise Ticket button to submit.

  1. Tickets can be reviewed and closed via the Health Monitoring portal or through the mobile app.

  2. Click Load Tickets to view the current status of all tickets.

Device History

The Device History section displays the historical health status of devices over the past 3 months. Please note that all health data is fetched directly by the Agent software.
