User management
Admin users can control branch visibility for normal users. They can grant access to specific branches and manage features such as snapshot access, video download during playback, time synchronization, DVR reboot, and audio settings.
User Management Steps:
- Log in to VMS.
- Navigate to Feature Selection under Settings and enable User Management.
- Once enabled, locate and open the User Management tab under Settings.
- Select the user, expand the group, and choose the DVR/NVR and cameras to grant visibility.
- Click on the group name; the right panel will display options to enable or disable specific features.
To enable/disable a feature:

Allow Device Reboot
Grants the user the ability to reboot the DVR/NVR via right-click menu.- Enable to allow reboot option.
- Disable to hide reboot option for users.

Allow Time Sync
Allows the user to synchronize the DVR/NVR time with the system time.- Enable to allow time sync.
- Disable to hide time sync option for users.

Allow Open Device Page
Permits the user to open the DVR/NVR in a browser directly from the VMS.- Enable to allow browser access.
- Disable to hide Open Device Page option for users.

Allow Show in Map
If the DVR/NVR location is mapped, users can view its location on the VMS map.- Enable to show DVR/NVR on the map.
- Disable to restrict map visibility.

Allow Agent Video Backup
If local or NAS-based video backup is enabled, users can open the video player and access backed-up footage.- Enable to allow access.
- Disable to restrict access.

Allow Cloud Video Backup
Allows users to access videos stored in the cloud if cloud backup is enabled.- Enable to provide access to cloud backup.
- Disable to restrict access.

Allow Trigger Reload
When DVR/NVR credentials change, users can reload the device to apply new credentials without logging out.- Enable to allow reload.
- Disable to force manual reconnection.

Allow Two-Way Audio
If a speaker or mic is connected to the DVR/NVR, this allows users to initiate two-way audio communication.- Enable for communication.
- Disable to restrict.

Allow Video Recording and Snapshot Option in Live View
Grants permission to take snapshots or record video during live viewing.- Enable to allow recording/snapshots.
- Disable to restrict this functionality for users.

Allow Video Playback
Controls whether the user can access video playback.- Enable to allow playback.
- Disable to restrict playback access for users.

Allow Video Download and Snapshot Option in Playback
Enables users to download videos or take snapshots during playback.- Enable for access.
- Disable to restrict Video Download and Snapshot Option for users.
