Timeline with Auto-Snap & Email
Timeline monitoring will capture and save screenshots of every view based on specific rules. These screenshots will be stored locally and sent to customers via email. There are three types of rules:
- Send report after specified time.
- Send report after every preset.
- Send report after every rule.
1. Send report after specified time
The Email reports with screenshots will be sent at specified intervals, which can be configured in the settings
How to Configure rule “Send report after specified time “
- Go to Settings and find Feature Selection.
- Enable Timeline Monitoring and Email Reports.
- Go to Settings and find General Settings.
- Expand Advanced Settings.
- Find the Automatic Report Email feature and enable it.
- Click on Email Configuration, set the email address, and enter the in-app password.
- Go to Monitoring and find Rules under Timeline Monitoring, or create Timeline Rules if needed.
- Right-click on Rules and select Edit.
- Tick the checkbox for Enable View Report Configuration.
- Add the recipient’s email ID and select Send Reports After Specific Time.
- Click Save Rule.
2. Send report after every preset
The email reports with screenshots will be sent after every Preset

- Go to Settings and find Feature Selection.
- Enable Timeline Monitoring and Email Reports.
- Go to Settings and find General Settings.
- Expand Advanced Settings.
- Find the Automatic Report Email feature and enable it.
- Click on Email Configuration, set the email address, and enter the in-app password.
- Go to Monitoring and find Rules under Timeline Monitoring, or create Timeline Rules if needed.
- Right-click on Rules and select Edit.
- Tick the checkbox for Enable View Report Configuration.
- Add the recipient’s email ID and select Send Report After Every Preset Interval.
- Click Save Rule.
3. Send report after every rule
The email reports with screenshots will be sent only after the Rule is Over
