Alerts
It would be more effective for monitoring users if they receive alerts whenever a device status changes, or an AI notification is triggered.
Enabling Notifications:
- Enable Agent Notifications:
- Open the agent, navigate to Agent Settings, and enable notifications.
- In Open Configuration, configure the types of notifications to be sent.
- Enable VMS to Receive Alerts:
- Go to Feature Selection in VMS and enable Agent Alerts.
Once enabled, any alerts sent by the agent will appear as notifications in the Alerts panel of the VMS.
