Central reports

Advanced reports can be saved in the cloud, allowing users with the Admin Role to access them from anywhere

How to Save the Reports in cloud

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Advanced Reporting.
  3. Select Report Generation.
  4. Select the Pre-sets.
  5. Select the checkbox “Synchronize with Cloud” and enter a name for the report.
  6. Select the Date Range.
  7. Select Save Report.
  8. Find the location to save the report.
  9. The Rational Reasons Report window will open—select reasons if needed.
  10. Click Save.
  11. A message box will appear showing “Report uploaded successfully!”.

How to Download Central Reports

Only users with the Admin Role can Download Central Reports

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Advanced Reporting.
  3. Find Central Report.
  4. Select User and Group.
  5. Select a Date or Date Range.
  6. Click Search.
  7. The advanced reports will be listed.
  8. Select the reports that need to be downloaded.
  9. Click Save Report.
