Playback and Download
Playback allows users to review recorded footage from surveillance cameras to analyse past events, investigate incidents, or gather evidence. It helps in verifying security breaches, tracking suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with protocols.
Playback Download enables users to save specific video clips for documentation, legal purposes, or sharing with authorities. This feature is crucial for incident reporting, dispute resolution, and maintaining security records.
Opening Playback
- Go to the Devices Panel.
- Right-click on any DVR/NVR listed.
- Select Playback from the menu.
- Expand the selected DVR/NVR to view its cameras.
- Drag any camera under the selected DVR/NVR from the list.
- Drop the camera inside the black frame to start playback.
Downloading Playback Video
- Verify the date of the playback video to ensure accuracy.
- Select the start time for the playback.
- Select the end time for the playback.
- Click the Download button to save the selected video segment.
- The downloading file will appear in the download list.
- The progress of the download will be displayed until completion.
