Group Selection and Loading Group
Once the Smart Surveillance VMS Performance is installed, devices added to a group through the Smart Surveillance Agent or Smart Surveillance Portal must be loaded for video monitoring in VMS Performance.
Loading a Group
- Open and log in to the Smart Surveillance VMS Performance application after installation.
- Under the Get Started section, click on Group Selection.
- A list of groups assigned to the logged-in user will be displayed.
- Select the required group and click Load Group.
- The selected group will be loaded, and the list of assigned devices will appear in the Device Panel on the left.
Note: For subsequent logins, an Auto Load option will be available above the login button. Enabling this option will automatically load the assigned group upon login. If multiple groups are assigned, the previously loaded group will be auto-loaded.
