Devices
The Devices Panel displays a list of devices assigned to each user. It includes a search bar to quickly find specific DVRs/NVRs and shows the total count of online, offline, and network issue-related devices, along with the overall total.
How to Open the Devices Panel
- Open and log in to the Smart Surveillance VMS Performance application.
- Locate the Devices Panel on the right side of the interface.
*If the panel is missing, press Alt + D to enable it. - Click on the Devices Panel to view the list of assigned devices for monitoring.
Note:
* If the list appears empty, ensure that you have loaded the group.
* If the issue persists, contact the admin user to verify that your account has been correctly assigned devices in User Management.
